On October 19th, the ACC Youth Choir alumni reunited at Norton Apostolic Christian Church for a live concert with an important message:
The reason we sing is to praise the One who gave His Son to be the Reason we sing.
Oh, to see my name written in the wounds, for through Your suffering I am free. Death is crushed to death, life is mine to live, won through Your selfless love.
What good I’ve done could never save – my debt too great for deeds to pay, but God, my Savior, made a way. Hallelujah for the Cross! A slave to sin, my life was bound, but all my chains fell to the ground when Jesus’ blood came flowing down. Hallelujah for the Cross!
We are marching in the light of God!
One day Jesus will call my name. As days go by, I hope I don’t stay the same. I wanna get so close to Him that it’s no big change on that day that Jesus calls my name.
We the church declare, Jesus Christ is King, for He conquered death once for all! We will live in light of His victory following His Gospel call, and when the story ends, we know Jesus wins for His power cannot be stopped! Nothing ever can, nothing ever will overcome the Lord our God!
We are not alone. We are never alone. God is with us!
Look to the fields, you’ll see the harvest ready. Servants of God, we must obey! All of the world will know the Father loves them if we will only point the way!
